Veronica Besmer, Esq. is a multilingual legal and business executive with who has spent over two decades in different roles across industries, functions and regions to acquire a broad yet deep skill set. Having practiced law for decades as both a litigator and transactional attorney, she specializes in acting as the outside legal counsel for small to mid-sized companies. Her particular focus is are a range of new technology company including MedTech, life sciences, wellness, supplement and natural health companies.

Her career started in Zurich, Switzerland in private banking, where she learned five-star customer service skills that served her well throughout her career.

Veronica holds a B.S. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, summa cum laude, and a J.D. from University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly Hastings).

Veronica speaks English, German and Czech. She lives in Los Angeles with her family, dog and a cat and believes that having a difference in seasons is overrated.
